2025: A Year of Momentum, Milestones, and Meaningful Impact

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting with deep gratitude on a year defined by growth, innovation, and connection. Though we faced many challenges, our Team worked hard to overcome obstacles and kept pushing forward to reach new heights. Every achievement this year reflects our shared mission: empowering providers to deliver healing without boundaries. We would like to take this time to recap some of 2025’s biggest highlights for Venture Medical!

This year, we further broadened the continuum of care we offer with key portfolio expansions that strengthen clinical outcomes and practice efficiency.

A major milestone was our investment in Plasoma, Cold Plasma Therapy, an emerging modality with the potential to transform how chronic wounds are approached. This treatment will be especially important when a wound no longer responds to traditional therapies. By investing early in technology with the power to improve healing pathways, Venture Medical continues to help clinicians stay ahead of what’s next.

We also proudly acquired ProgenaMatrix, ensuring reliable access to a proven biologic solution rooted in science and supported by outcomes. This addition reinforces the strength of our allograft portfolio and the promise we deliver to patients who need more than status quo care.

One of our key objectives this year was to deepen meaningful, in-person engagement with the wound-care community, and the response has been clear. At SAWC Fall 2025, our booth experienced the highest level of engagement not only in Venture Medical’s history, but also in show history, signaling strong momentum behind where the industry is headed and the role we’re playing in it. From hands-on product demonstrations to critical conversations shaping the future of wound care, every interaction reinforced the commitment of providers working every day to deliver better outcomes for their patients and strengthened our resolve to support them with the right solutions, systems, and partnership.

To cap off this email, we want to acknowledge the incredible Team Members that we have brought on in 2025. We expanded our internal team with 25 talented new hires across clinical, product, sales, marketing, and operational roles. Their expertise strengthens the experience we deliver to every clinic we serve, through smarter logistics, personalized service, and faster access to the right product at the right time. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team!

Looking ahead, we know that 2026 has many new challenges waiting for us, but we believe we are prepared to handle those challenges. As the industry continues to evolve, we’re committed to being the partner practices can rely on through it all.
