Regional Sales Manager

POSITION TITLE: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead and manage the sales efforts in the assigned region for Venture Medical, LLC's portfolio of products and services. Reporting directly to Area Sales Director, the RSM is responsible for overseeing a team of Account Managers, ensuring their development, and driving sales performance in alignment with company objectives. This role requires strategic leadership, a deep understanding of the healthcare sales landscape, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·      Lead and manage the performance of Account Managers (W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, and agency owners/sub-reps) within the assigned region.

·      Conduct recruitment and onboarding of select 1099 representatives.

·      Conduct recruitment and onboarding of external candidates for W2 positions.  

·      Implement training and development programs for Account Managers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

·      Guide territory and account planning to align with the company’s goals and sales objectives.

·      Drive accountability across the team through regular performance assessments, coaching, and performance improvement plans.

·      Reward and recognize individual and team success, fostering a culture of achievement.

·      Partner with Human Resources to take corrective action, including separation of underperforming individuals or those misaligned with company objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

·      A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales within the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably in the wound care industry.

·      Experience selling in or leading teams selling into the hospital market.

·      Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.

·      Experience with Buy & Bill reimbursement models is preferred.

·      Proven track record in complex account management and sales leadership.

·      Experience in fast-paced start-up environment is highly preferred.

Sales Enablement/Training Manager

POSITION TITLE: Sales Enablement/Training Manager

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION: The Sales Enablement & Training Manager plays a critical role in equipping the sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to be successful. This position focuses on improving sales performance through strategic training programs, onboarding, process optimization, and knowledge sharing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  

·      Design, develop, and implement scalable onboarding and continuous training programs for the sales team.

Marketing Specialist

POSITION TITLE: Marketing Specialist

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION: Venture Medical is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a background in cross-team collaboration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints to promote our health care services, products, and programs. This role requires understanding of marketing best practices and strong collaboration and relationship management skills. You will work to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across various channels.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  

  • Implement marketing campaigns across print, social, and email to promote Venture Medical products and the public image of key leaders in the organization.
  • Manage campaigns and projects utilizing a broad set of skills and knowledge in digital/web marketing, messaging/content development, traditional advertising, events, and more.
  • Implement, track, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and Zoho CRM.  Provide regular updates to management on the effectiveness of campaigns and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all deliverables and activities comply with relevant health care regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with health care professionals and sales representatives to communicate accurately and effectively with our target audience.
  • Execute various media strategies to create engaging content, optimize company pages, moderate user-generated content, analyze social data, and collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and public perception.
  • Craft and execute media outreach, speaking engagements and strategic partnerships to position the company and its leader as the gold standard in the industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience with social media management, including platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media performance analytics tools.

Clinical Product Specialist

POSITION TITLE: Clinical Product Specialist

LOCATION: Field Based/Hybrid

FLSA STATUS: Exempt  

Reports to: Director of Sales Operations

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION: The Clinical Product Specialist serves as a key liaison between the clinical community and the company, providing product education, in-servicing, and support to healthcare providers. This position ensures successful product adoption and utilization through hands-on demonstrations, training, and clinical expertise. The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, product performance feedback, and clinical support to the sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  

• Provide in-depth clinical product training and education to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Support the sales team with clinical expertise during product evaluations, demonstrations, and conversions.

• Conduct in-servicing and onboarding for new accounts and users.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape.

Relationship Manager

CLASS TITLE: Relationship Manager

LOCATION: Remote – East Coast

REPORTS TO: Senior Client Services Manager

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION:

This key team member is integral to Venture Medical, LLC’s service model by facilitating the onboarding process for new sales representatives and customers, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing communication and support throughout the sales cycle. The Relationship Manager also contributes significantly to revenue cycle management, including collections and communication with both accounts and Venture Medical, LLC’s sales leadership team. Must be located on the East Coast near a major city.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·      Become a subject matter expert on Venture Medical, LLC's products, services, and the current billing and documentation requirements for customers.

·      Establish and uphold compliance standards through effective onboarding processes for new customers and sales representatives.

·      Engage key stakeholders in each account, promoting the full range of the company’s product and services offerings and driving customer value.

·      Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within customers that are in good standing.

·      Monitor the status of invoices, tracking overdue accounts, and providing regular status updates to company leadership and relevant stakeholders.

·      Maintain consistent communication (at least monthly) with sales representative principals or designated team members to reinforce the value realized through Venture Medical LLC’s products and services.
