New Year, New OneView: Introducing Venture OneView 2.0

A smarter, simpler Venture OneView is here. Discover what’s new in V1V 2.0 and how we’re continuing to improve the platform for our users.

As we step into the new year, we’re excited to share important updates to Venture OneView (V1V). These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to making your work easier, clearer, and more efficient.

On January 5th, we launched Venture OneView 2.0, a refreshed experience designed around one core idea: supporting the way you actually work.

Think New Year, New You — but for your workflow.

Built with You in Mind

Every update in V1V 2.0 was driven by feedback from providers, staff, and partners who rely on the platform every day. Our goal wasn’t just to add features, but to remove friction, improve clarity, and help you spend less time navigating systems and more time focusing on patient care.

What’s New in Venture OneView 2.0

Improved Patient & Wound Intake

We’ve streamlined the patient and wound intake process to make documentation faster and more intuitive. The updated flow helps you more easily track wound progression over time, ensuring continuity of care and clearer clinical insight.

Re-Ordering Made Easy

Re-ordering supplies should never slow you down. With fewer clicks and a more intuitive layout, re-orders in V1V 2.0 are now faster and easier to complete.

Dashboards That Focus on What Matters

Your dashboard now highlights the information that matters most to you. With clearer, more actionable views, it’s easier to stay on top of key details without digging through unnecessary noise.

Custom Notifications

You’re in control. V1V 2.0 introduces customizable notifications so you can decide when and how you’re alerted. Stay informed on what’s important to you without being overwhelmed.

Better Consolidation Across Returns, Payments, and IVRs

We’ve improved how information is organized across returns, payments, and IVRs, creating better visibility and a more cohesive experience. Everything connects more seamlessly, helping you find what you need faster.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

These updates are part of an ongoing effort to continually improve Venture OneView and better support efficient, patient-first care. We view V1V as a living platform — one that evolves alongside the needs of the providers and teams who use it.

If you’re a current Venture OneView user, log into VentureOneView as usual to explore the updates and experience V1V 2.0 for yourself. If you are new to Venture Medical and would like a demo of Venture OneView, we would love to schedule a call with you. Click the link here to schedule a demo with one of our Relationship Managers.

As always, we’re grateful for your feedback and partnership, and we look forward to continuing to build tools that support you every step of the way.
