Kirsten Haight

Kirsten is a dedicated professional previously serving as the Director of Sales for a medical device distributorship and Owner of a wound care distribution company. Starting her sales leadership in the waste industry, she then jumped into the world of orthopedics and wound care, specializing in biologics and skin substitutes both in and out of the surgical setting. A committed mentor, Kirsten aims to guide young professionals in their career growth and finds joy in working with and managing the next generation of successful leaders. Outside of her career, she is passionate about furthering cancer research and fundraising, actively supporting initiatives like the American Cancer Society alongside her family for the last 20+ years. When Kirsten isn’t training for marathons or HYROX events, you can catch her supporting her Los Angeles Dodgers and Baylor Bears, hiking, painting, or adding new culinary experiences from around the world.
