Jonathan Bartsch

Jonathan Bartsch is an experienced, purpose-driven sales training and clinical education leader with a background spanning military medicine, surgical services, and the medical device industry. He began his career as a Surgical Technologist in the United States Army, serving six years on active duty before continuing another six years in the civilian healthcare sector. This foundation provided him with deep clinical expertise and a strong understanding of operating room dynamics and patient care.

After transitioning into the medical device industry, Jonathan held roles as a Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, and Senior Regional Clinical Specialist. In these positions, he consistently drove sales performance, delivered hands-on clinical education, and built trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and operating room staff. He also led the development of clinical training programs and webinars while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams to support product adoption and market growth.

Currently, Jonathan serves as a Sales Training Manager, where he develops and implements comprehensive training programs for a rapidly expanding salesforce. His work focuses on enhancing sales effectiveness through product education, clinical training, performance development, and cross-functional collaboration. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active in the gym, competing in sports, and spending time outdoors.
